Dave and his guys tore out the 8 windows in my house and replaced them with new windows. He stopped by before the work so that I could pick out the color of wrap I wanted as well as to show me the different options available.

On first visit, the owner carefully measured all of the old windows to ensure the order placed by Lowe's would be accurate. He then called (after the windows were delivered to Lowe's) to set up an installation date and time. He, his partner, and a crew of three workers arrived on time. Everyone on the installation team had a special job and each followed the other in an orderly and obviously well-practiced routine. I was especially impressed that one member focused entirely on cleaning up after the others; all packaging materials, scraps, wood chips, and debris were removed minutes after discard at each location around the house. Workers were clean and neat in appearance. They conversed among themselves without yelling or swearing. They were friendly and courteous to me and my husband. The job started at nine in the morning and was expected to take all day, but was finished by 2:30 p.m., including final cleanup and packing up the truck. The owner brought his own vacuum cleaner and swept all the floors! When he said he liked to leave a place better than the way he found it, he really meant it! The owner demonstrated how the windows worked and included cautions about common damaging mistakes to avoid.

My mother was a general contractor and my dad was an electrician. I have had other work done by many other contractors.Overall, this was the most positive and wonderful construction experience I have ever witnessed in the past fifty years.

OLC just removed and replaced 15 windows and 3 doors and we were absolutely amazed at how efficient and professional they were. Their work was top-rate; they handled the job with utmost professionalism and was very concerned with detail. Upon on completion they did a walk-thru review of their work to ensure customer satisfaction. Also must note that this contractor has also replaced windows for our son and he was very pleased. Highly recommend OLC for your home improvement needs.

This job included the (removal of one door and installation of another door - removed from an existing area). The contractor's clean-up was excellent and all employees were very courteous and professional.
