Design and Consultation Services

Included in your OLC proposal are design and consultation services provided by Meghan Sanders. With OLC, you are able to have your own personal designer look at your space and create a design for you, that you can have as much or as little input as you would like. You can take a virtual tour of your potential kitchen, without the stress of coordinating dozens of aspects of your project. We can tell you what to expect for you particular project, and will meet with you in a store of your choice to assist with product selection, material choices, and overall design aspects.

Our project manager will be present at the start of your project, and keep you updated on all checkpoints throughout. We take pride in providing designs for any budget, and our goal is to create a dream kitchen or bath for you with your budget in mind. Working closely with our construction manager and carpenters to build your dream! Your first consultation and design draft is completely free and included with your free labor estimate if desired!
